Montado Golf Club - viewing Palmela castle
The golf course of Montado is situated near Setúbal between famous Muskatel vineyards - planted more than a century ago. The fairways take course alongside old cork oaks, olive trees, chestnut trees and pine trees.
A small creek also snakes over the course. The pictoresque beauty is hole 13, par 4, which opens a dreamlike view on the castle of Palmela.
On the Montado course, the golfer is almost always offered two choices for playing the holes.
